On January 24th, Fan Jintian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, conducted an inspection and provided guidance on the Silicon Steel Phase VI project undertaken by the Technical Renovation Company. The inspection was attended by Zang Yimin, Deputy General Manager of the Silicon Steel Division of Baosteel Co.,Ltd.; Yang Mingzhu, Director of the Project Management Department of the Group Company; Xu Xiaoming, Deputy Director of the Safety Supervision Department; and Yang Guang, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Technical Renovation Company, among others.
Fan Jintian and his delegation visited the construction site to assess the project’s progress and gain a comprehensive understanding of the key tasks planned before and after the Spring Festival. He put forward three requirements for the subsequent work:
1. Strengthen the Awareness of Achievements: Continuously summarize, review, and reflect on the management measures implemented in previous silicon steel projects. Identify strengths, address shortcomings, and learn from past experiences. Further consolidate achievements in areas such as permanent-temporary integration and digital construction to provide valuable insights and support for future projects;
2. Enhance the Sense of Schedule: Based on the project’s actual conditions, clarify critical milestones and focus on controlling key processes, including the installation of auxiliary facilities and annealing furnace equipment pipelines. Optimize the construction schedule while ensuring safety and quality;
3. Elevate the Pursuit of Excellence: Guided by the goal of creating a benchmark project in the metallurgical construction sector, strengthen project planning and standardized management. Promote the exemplary application of advanced technologies such as engineering control platforms and digital construction, thereby contributing to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
