To further explore new pathways for investment and financing and drive the high-quality development of the Group Company, the Investment and Financing Division organized an exchange seminar on investment and financing models on February 14th. The meeting was attended by Feng Zhifeng, Vice President of the Group Company; Wang Long, Deputy Chief Economist of the Group Company and Vice President of Shanghai MCC20; as well as representatives from the Group Company’s Market Department, Shanghai MCC20, Municipal Engineering Company, Installation Engineering Company, General Contracting Company, Construction Company, and Construction & Engineering Company. Zhang Yongchao, Deputy Chief Economist of the Group Company and General Manager of the Investment and Financing Division, presided over the meeting.
During the seminar, representatives from the Investment and Financing Division shared insights based on recently awarded and implemented projects. They elaborated on cooperation models and pathways with governments and financial institutions in the new environment and discussed the nationwide land comprehensive remediation model vigorously promoted by the state. These discussions provided new ideas and pathways for the Group Company to expand its investment and financing market.
Feng Zhifeng emphasized that under the new circumstances, the Group Company’s investment and financing market business faces fresh challenges. The Investment and Financing Division bears significant responsibility and must deepen collaboration with various subsidiaries, actively explore innovative investment and financing models, and provide robust support for the Group Company to achieve its strategic goals.
